Privacy Policy

Cosmetic Injectables Guide publishes Australian clinic profiles and information for readers. This notice explains how information is handled when you use cosmeticinjectablesguide.com. For a privacy question, email contact@cosmeticinjectablesguide.com.

Editorial enquiries

If you email us, we receive your email address, the name your email service supplies, your message and any attachments you choose to include. We use that information to answer your enquiry, investigate a correction or manage related correspondence. You can make an initial enquiry without providing your medical history, photographs or treatment records.

This is an editorial website, not a clinical booking or emergency service. Please do not send sensitive health information, identity documents or another person’s private information. Contact a clinic through its own secure channels for individual care or appointments.

Optional newsletter

The newsletter form is separate from editorial enquiries. If you choose to subscribe, your email address is processed through Hostinger Reach for the subscription and delivery of newsletters. Please subscribe only with an address you are entitled to use. An enquiry email does not itself request a newsletter subscription.

You can ask us to stop newsletter messages by emailing the Guide, or use an unsubscribe link in a newsletter. See Hostinger’s privacy policy for information about its services.

Website requests, cookies and fonts

Our hosting and website services process technical request information such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and request times to deliver and secure the site. WordPress uses cookies for administrative sign-ins. Your browser can manage or block cookies, which may affect some functions.

Pages use Google Fonts and Hostinger website services. Loading a third-party resource sends a request to that provider, which can receive ordinary browser and network information, including your IP address. See Google Fonts privacy information for details.

External clinics and other websites

Clinic website and booking links take you to a separate business. Its own privacy practices apply there. We do not receive a clinical appointment merely because you follow a clinic link, and an editorial enquiry is not a booking with a featured clinic.

Service providers and international processing

Hosting, email and newsletter service providers handle information needed to supply their services. Some providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside Australia under their arrangements. Their privacy notices describe their handling and transfer practices. Contact us if you need information about the handling of a particular enquiry.

Keeping information and responding to requests

Enquiry correspondence may be kept while needed to answer the request, manage follow-up, maintain records or meet legal and security needs. Newsletter details are used to manage the subscription. Service logs and backups can have separate retention arrangements; stopping messages does not necessarily remove every historical delivery or backup record immediately.

You may ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, request deletion where appropriate, or raise a privacy concern by emailing contact@cosmeticinjectablesguide.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting. Please identify the enquiry or subscription concerned without sending unnecessary sensitive documents.

If you are dissatisfied with how a privacy concern is handled, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner explains complaint options and whether it can assist.
